How direct booking works
Four steps, nothing paid until it is in writing.
- Check the calendarIt is the same calendar as Airbnb and Vrbo. Pick a check-in and a checkout.
- Send us your datesWhatsApp, call or text with your dates and how many of you are coming, four at most.
- We confirm in writingYou get the direct price, what it includes, and the cancellation terms before you pay anything.
- Pay direct, get the codeOnce your direct booking is paid, the lockbox code and arrival details come to you privately.

You keep
Airbnb publishes its guest service fee as 14.1%–16.5% of the booking subtotal. Move the slider to your own numbers. This is an illustration from that published range, not a quote or a rate, and it excludes taxes. Vrbo does not publish a percentage.
